I accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift certificates as payment through the shop.
Payment must be received in full before starting work on a customized piece.
If for any reason, you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, just send me a message and I’ll happily cancel your order and refund your money without a fee, no questions asked.
If the item is damaged or lost, the next step is to go through the insurance procedure with the post office. The customer can choose to keep the insurance refund, or to have the item replaced by Rose Ridge Jewelry as long as the item is not a close out item. If the item is a closeout item, your option is to have your money refunded to you. If the customer opts to have the item replaced, then the insurance refund goes to Rose Ridge Jewelry to cover the cost of the replacement item.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we will gladly accept it back within 30 days of the customer receiving it, no questions asked. Ship it back to our return address and once we receive the item back, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price, not including shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we want to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. Our address can be found under the seller information box.
I offer a lifetime guarantee on our pieces. If it needs to be repaired, ship it back to us and we’ll repair it for no charge and ship it back, no questions asked.
All purchases ship via USPS First Class with insurance covering the total amount (that’s the item price + shipping cost) and come with a tracking number. If there’s an issue with shipping, send us a message and we’ll be happy to help you navigate it as best we can. Sometimes it has to be resolved on the customer end and may require a phone call from the customer to their local post office, but we’ll always help as best we can if an issue arises.
USPS packages generally arrive 2-5 days once they are shipped. If you need your item quicker, there are upgrades to Priority (2-3 Business days) or Priority Express (1-2 Business days) available with additional costs. If one of these methods are chosen, the additional cost will always be added to the insurance amount.
Once the item is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information.
Rose Ridge Jewelry has developed the following policies to ease the buying process for retailers. We can be flexible on some of these, depending on the situation. If you have any questions or concerns not covered in the policies, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Order minimum, whether it’s the initial order, or a reorder, is $100, not including shipping.
We accept credit cards, paypal and checks. If your check is returned, a fee of $25 will be assessed to your account.
Payment should be made when the merchandise is received by the retailer. A copy of the purchase order and invoice will be in the shipment. An option of Net 30 is available to retailers who have established a relationship with Rose Ridge Jewelry and, who have a credit card and signed agreement on file.
Lead time can vary depending on order quantity and season. Our typical lead time for most orders is 10 days – 2 weeks. If a more accurate lead time is needed, please contact us for a lead time estimate. If lead times are more than the average, they will be displayed in the shop bulletin. During the holiday season, retailers should expect longer lead times and an order cut-off date, so please plan accordingly.
Rose Ridge Jewelry uses the United States Postal Service as its sole shipment method. Priority Mail 2-3 Business Day service is the standard method. Express Priority Mail 1-2 Business Day service is available for additional shipping cost. Shipping estimates are available upon request.
Drop shipping is available for retailers with multiple retail locations for an additional shipping and handling cost. Shipping estimates are available upon request.
Retailer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping estimates are available upon request. Shipping cost will include insurance for the shipment and tracking information.
Rose Ridge Jewelry is passionate about creating memorable pieces and we do offer product customization on most pieces. Prices may change to reflect any additional costs with customization. Please contact us for more information about product customization or for an estimate.
Samples of products are available to retailers who have established a relationship with Rose Ridge Jewelry. Samples prices are 50% of the wholesale price of the item. The sample is the retailers to keep, no need to return it. Shipping cost of the sample is also the responsibility of the retailer.
-Returns, Cancellations, Discounts, Buybacks
Returns will be accepted if the merchandise is defective or damaged and returned within 30 days or receiving the shipment. Replacement or credit will be offered for defective or damaged merchandise returned. If credit is chosen, it will be assigned to the retailer’s account once the damaged or defective merchandise is returned to Rose Ridge Jewelry. Retailer is responsible for shipping costs of returns to Rose Ridge Jewelry.
Cancellations of an order will be accepted and need to be made 2 business days in advance of the agreed upon shipping date. A refund or credit will be available to the retailer for a canceled order and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit. If an order is cancelled due to default on part of Rose Ridge Jewelry, the cancellation restocking fee will be waived. Rose Ridge Jewelry is not responsible for orders being late due to USPS mistakes. Determination of responsibility will be based on tracking information provided by USPS.
Discounts of Rose Ridge Jewelry merchandise will be left to the discretion of the retailer. Rose Ridge Jewelry recommends leaving the merchandise at MSRP for at least 60 days and assessing the display of the merchandise before discounting.
Buybacks are available to retailers who have Rose Ridge Jewelry merchandise for more than 90 days. The buyback rate is 50% of the wholesale price and does not include the shipping cost for the original order. Defective or damaged merchandise is not available for buyback credit. Refund or credit will be issued to the retailer once the merchandise is received by Rose Ridge Jewelry.
